Statistical Functions

You can use the built-in Statistical Functions to do a wide range of analysis from fairly basic to much more advanced functions. For example, you can use AVERAGE to find the average of a range of cells:

produces because the range of cells are all dates. Note that with these formulas it’s not always obvious that you can include a range of cells into a number parameter as in the above example. It can be worth trying it out and seeing if it produces an error.
